We don’t use call centres and our carefully selected computer and phone systems ensure that every phone call, fax and voice mail is taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Our Rota system is a web based platform that send notifications for all open shifts to a selected group of employees, we don’t waste time on phone calls to our staff when covering shifts. This means that shifts are covered quickly and our employees have the chance to choose where they work without the need to speak to a Recruitment Consultant. Availability and staff unavailability can also be processed in the same manner including holidays and sickness absence.
Baines Staffing is committed to providing highly competent staff and provides mandatory training for existing and new employees. A selection of additional training packages have been put in place to help employees with their Continuing Professional Development. In accordance with the law, all employees are subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).
